PE Manager / Associate Director – Asset Management Department
Responsibilities:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in direct investment / private equity industries;
  • Industrial background in TMT and fintech sector is a must;
  • Strong in project management or taking up the execution role of the projects;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
Requirements:
  • Assist in leading various projects assigned by the Management;
  • Assist in the execution process and fundraising activities for the deals / projects;
  • Recommend on optimal deal structure, funding and exit strategy to enhance investment returns;
  • Working closely with Management team to evaluate investment opportunities, provide all analytics and financial modeling with growth forecast and prepare preliminary due diligence report;
  • Coordinating with external professionals, including auditors, lawyers and other professionals to perform due diligence work, fund formation and transaction execution process;
  • Candidate with good experience in origination will be considered as Associate Director.
Associate Director – Legal & Compliance
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the legal and compliance works and business activities for the Group, ensure to comply with the internal policies and external regulations;
  • Draft, review, negotiate and advise agreements, legal contracts and documents;
  • Provide legal advice and guideline to the business units such as asset management, private equity and corporate finance to ensure in compliance with the laws, rules and regulations set by SFC;
  • Implement the compliance manual, review and update the policies and procedures periodically;
  • Handle licensing issues and information requests from SFC and business units;
  • Carry out compliance trainings to the business units and provide advice to the management;
  • Handle ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Law or related disciplines; qualified lawyer is a must;
  • At least 5 years relevant experience related to the industries of asset management and corporate finance, relevant experience in handling private equity business is highly preferred;
  • Experience in handling legal documents and licensing application for the business units;
  • Familiar with Securities and Futures Ordinance related to RA1, 4, 6 and 9;
  • Independent, self-motivate with good communication skills;
  • Strong command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is highly preferred.
